Selling your property
Having been selling property in the area for over 93 years, we have extensive knowledge of the local market, the types of property here and how to find the very best buyers.

We recognise that your requirements as a seller are as individual as the home you are selling, so we will create a tailored marketing campaign, designed to test the whole market and achieve you the very best price. We will present your property at its absolute best, with professional photography, floorplans and brochure.
We will accompany buyers to viewing appointments to best show the features of your property and to highlight the attractions of the local area.
Once we have found the buyer and an offer is accepted, we will then work hard to make sure the sale progresses in a timely manner. We will keep you fully informed throughout the process to make sure you know what we are doing and what happens next.
Finding the best tenants
We like to work in partnership with our landlords and, unlike most other agents, we take our fees monthly throughout the duration of the tenancy. This is one of the reasons we are quite particular about the quality of the tenant we will introduce.
As first impressions are vital, we can help you make sure the presentation of your property is perfect. If required, our design professionals can assist with anything from a minor refresh to a complete refurbishment.
We will work tirelessly to identify the ideal tenant at the ideal price. Once a suitable tenant has been found whether corporate or private, we will then work quickly, obtaining references and dealing with compliance and legislation, to make sure the move-in happens smoothly.
We offer a variety of management services to suit you. Whether you wish to be involved every step of the way or would like us to take care of everything, our Property Management team can create a bespoke service accordingly.
