Staff lunch is served in the canteen –hot and cold food each day (weekdays for greenkeeping).
Staff drinks are available in the canteentea, coffee and cordial available all day.
Uniform is provided where applicable and dependant on position.
Membership referral programme –staff members that refer a new member will receive 1% of their joining fees.

Staff receive a discount from the retail price in the golf shop.
10% off wine if booked via the Director of Hospitality, not applicable to drinks served at the club.

Anyone can be nominated, and the winner will receive two paid days off and a BMW car for the weekend to be taken within the 12-month period (same as holidays).

WITHIN YOUR PROBATIONARY PERIOD:
London Golf Club works with a business coach who is independent from the club - as an employee you have access to this facility and will have an introduction to Nick Taylor within the first three months.

Staff development plan – (if required) staff will work with their manager to look at their development for the next 12-months.
