Though 2021 was challenging by many measures for all Americans, the year reflected the resilient spirit of our employees and industry leaders who stepped up in transformative ways to continue to innovate and excel. Tremendous growth across the homebuilding industry propelled London Bay to record sales for the year and we are truly grateful to both our team and our clients.

As a company, we are excited to embark on the next evolution of our brand 32 years after completing our first home. Our new logo and recent name change – from London Bay Homes to London Bay – reflects our growing family of companies: Homes, Renovation, Romanza Interior Design, and Development Group.
