At Tempest, we believe in all those the behindthe-scenes details that truly makes something unique. Whether it’s preparing each espresso by weight to the tenth of a gram, early mornings to bake for you or changing our menu three times a year to reflect the seasons, we’re constantly working to make sure you have a memorable experience. With each menu change, we stay committed to making items entirely from scratch. From syrups to vinaigrettes, batters and bakery we firmly believe in producing things in house. To provide consistent quality we proudly source all our bread and select pastries from our friends at Thunderbird Bakery in Oshkosh Our coffee is provided from Wonderstate Coffee in Viroqua.
