B Building in between // THE TOWERS The towers take on the part of the intervention that hardens the block and draws the border around the perimeter. They indicate the way through them and into the gardens at groundfloor. They either complete the appartments adding an intermediate space to them, or they hold a temporary residence for students and entrepreneurs coming to take part in the neighbourhood and activities around it.
