How to Build Muscle - Forget the Hype For More Info >>Go TO This Website<<

I realize that this article my tick some people off, but that is O.K. If you have been in bodybuilding for any length of time-you have surely seen them. Page after page of super-hyped supplements-each one promising massive gains in muscle-in record time-no less. Or massive drops in body fat. Allowing you to reveal six pack abs-of course! THE TRUTH The truth is that while those supplements sound great-they are an un-needed expense. You can accomplish all that you want-from gaining pounds of rock hard muscle-to losing pounds of body fat-all with regular food and good hard training. BUT WHAT ABOUT POST WORKOUT Some of you might be thinking-what about the post workout window? I thought I needed to take in some from of fast acting protein and carbs and creatine during this "window." Sure this approach works-but again for all of the bodybuilders of decades past so did steak and eggs. Or more to the present-a nice big bowl of chicken and rice. The last point I will make on this is-if all of the great champions of the past were able to pack on serious muscle with this approach-then I am pretty sure it will work for just about anybody who tries it. Add the above to a work out regimen that focuses on the basic exercises like, squats, overhead presses, dips, dead lifts, incline presses, etc.-and you will be fine.

However, make no mistake, if you do not put the hard work in-your muscle growth will be nowhere near where it could be. Regardless of what you take it post workout. A BENEFIT A side benefit of focusing on good quality food like white meat chicken, turkey, whole eggs, steel cut oatmeal, yams, sweet potatoes and all kinds of healthy fats from sardines and seeds-and not dropping fifty plus dollars on a can of the newest wonder supplement is this. You will have more money in your pocket-and that money can go to buying a membership at a good hardcore gym. Yes, plenty of muscle has also been built working out at home-but there is nothing quite like being a member of a hardcore family. CONCLUSION While all of the fancy supplements are nice-and are fine-if you have the money to afford them. They are really not necessary. Save the money for good quality food-and a good hardcore gym-and you will make more gains that you ever though possible. WORK IT!
