The Loadlok standard, extra long (EL) and heavy duty (HD) Kargo Keepers are designed for cargo shoring without using cargo restraint track. The ratchet mechanism expands the Kargo Keeper clamping itself between and directly onto the trailer walls or oor and roof. Its large pressure absorbent feet grip firmly whilst also distributing the load.

The non-extending end is available in a fixed or spring loaded (WS) version. The spring end version can compensate for an amount of exing that might occur in some trailer walls. Kargo Keeper can also be supplied track compatible i.e with plug. The tube is made from high quality aluminium and is also on request available anodized in colour and customized. See example. Also other dimensions ranges available on request.

This Kargo Keeper 1871 with extender mechanism has an operating range from 1880 mm to 2850 mm and utilizes a strong square tube of 35 mm. It is easily and quickly adjusted to the right height and once adjusted it is also fast and easy to reposition by releasing the extender mechanism, enabling the adjustable end to lower a few cm. (see picture) The rubber feet are specially designed to position the Kargo Keeper close to the load. The maximum range is marked in red on the inner tube. At the 3rd hole, as indicated on the picture below, the max safe length is achieved. In place of rubber feet the Kargo Keeper can also be fitted with a conical plug of 24 or 19 mm diameter, either at one or at both ends. Just add the suďŹƒx to the article number (19 or 24) depending on which end plug is needed, and indicate were the plug(s) should be fixed, both ends, fixed end or adjustable end.

carGo-FiX This Kargo Keeper with a special mechanism has a range from 2150 mm to 3100 mm and has a strong square tube of 40 mm. Its easy and quickly adjusted to the right height by the exenter mechanism with hardened ring, which pushes up the extendable end and once adjusted its also fast and easy to reposition it by just release the exenter mechanism so the extendable end will lower a few cm. The fixed part has an end with spring..

Instead of a rubber feet the Kargo Keeper can also be fitted with a conical plug of 24 or 19 mm either at one or both sides. Just add tot the article number 19 or 24 depending on what plug is needed and indicate were the plug(s) should be fixed, both sides, fixed end or adjustable end.

Cart-Lock are shoring poles special designed for quick and easy securing of roll-containers. With the FE8090-41 two roll- containers can be secured. The FE8090-21 can secure one roll-container at the end of a row.

When the load will consist only of a few roll-containers together with others goods the roller containers can be secured individually. The Cart-Lock is compatible with lashing tracks 3008,3009 and 2010.

carGo-Plank + carGo PlankcuP The Loadlok Cargo Plank is suited for use in tilt trailers and some curtain siders where side boards and side planks are fitted. Cargo Plank clips easily to the vehicle side boards or side planks and offers quick and efficient cargo shoring where none previously was possible.

Using more Cargo Planks the loading area can be divided in more compartments.

Available are a adjustable and a fixed length. In case of the fixed length the internal width is important.

For light loads the 1852 Plankcup can offer an economic solution to cargo shoring.

For tilt and curtainside trailers with pillars with pocket holders a range of steel side planks are available.

These side planks do have the same cut out shape as the 3009 lashing rails.

Therefore Loadlok shoring poles, garment rails, decking beams, 1845 & 1846 decking beam brackets and securing straps with 1825 and 1826 end fittings also do fit in these tracks.
