For me, never has a tag line such as this been more apropos because over the years, I've learned an HR thing or two, because I've seen an HR thing or two; the good, the bad and the ugly. New Things On the Loyalty Horizon

Over the next few months I'll be working with Loyalty's Management Team in designing and implementing the new Employee Handbook and Benefits Brochure as well as collectively developing new training programs (also referred to as HRD "human resource development") designed to offer Loyalty team members a chance to build on old skills as well as learn new skills through some planned learning activities.
