A Letter from the General Manager

Hello Everyone,

Back to school! I’m excited that we can start to look forward to fall weather! August sure flew by and I’m sure September will do the same. We are steadily increasing many aspects of business. Since the beginning of the year, we have seen a growth of new customers stopping by our locations which has resulted in more business. We have had fantastic loan growth this year as well. We look forward to a busy end of the third quarter and a productive 4 th quarter. One of the upticks in business has resulted many of you to increase your customer contacts in your follow up binder. This is increasing the stores sales while helping grow individuals’ sales incentives. It is nice to see that we can help fulfill the jewelry needs of the stores to help with our customer wants!

Some noteworthy successes to mention. We have had excellent sales for the month of August! The top three leaders were Dominic T. who sold $29,810.00, Tony F. sold $18,400.00 and Dylan T. sold $17,065.00. We are still open to fulfill store needs and requests for inventory. We want to supply the locations with our customers needs so please keep your customer want lists up to date.

Also, we have been focusing and will continue to focus on our sales. Weekly you will have training opportunities to capture and refresh industry knowledge with webex videos. All these videos will be shared by your management team. This is another tool that we absolutely value and will continue to use moving forward. We have high hopes that these tools will better prepare everyone in handling and dealing with jewelry and other general goods.

If you haven’t heard already, the Managers have read the Can’t hurt Me by David Goggins. This was truly an excellent book of no excuses. We invite everyone to get involved at their stores in a book club to help with personal and business growth. For the month of September, the Managers are reading Daring Greatly by Brené Brown. Each one of us has unique relatable takeaways from the books we read and aspire to incorporate some of the lessons within ourselves. If this interests you, please reach out to your manager for more details.
