A Letter from the General Manager

Hello Everyone,

We’re 1/3 through 2021! This spring and summer we are looking forward to the CAPA spring digital event and NPA event in Texas. What is excellent about these conventions is the access and networking with other business professionals. Whenever we have attended these conventions in person or digitally, we have always walked away with information that we have integrated into Loyalty pawn. If you have not made yourself familiar with others in the industry, please do not hesitate to like, share and friend others in the industry, not only in California but others throughout the US.

The sales leaders for April are Dominic T. who sold $39,792.87, Javier B. who sold $3,132.94, and Paul Molina who sold $21,550.04. Great job gentlemen! It’s nice to see Javier and Paul in the race for first place! Watch out, Dominic!!

Our prediction for the rest of this quarter is sales are going to be hot and our loans will gradually increase as the state continues to open. We expect an increase in foot traffic especially with all the awesome digital content that everyone is contributing to. So far in 2021, we are gradually seeing month over a month an increase in new customers. This gradual increase is adding opportunities, especially to our layaway program. This is excellent and we look forward to seeing our layaway balances grow at all locations.

To conclude, we are eager to find active talent for our teams and more resaleable goods. First, we have a few postings within indeed and some locations have fliers with QR codes directing those to our Careers website tab. We are considering new team members who have a talent in customer service and sales. If any of you have friends or acquaintances that you think would make a great fit, please share our contact details. Second, we are still outsourcing inventory in bulk and will continue to do so. Please let your store manager know if you stumble upon bulk inventory online that we should consider purchasing for resale.

Sincerely,

Wayne Silliman General Manager
