A Letter from the General Manager

Hello Everyone,

We are nearing the end of 2020 and are in high hopes for a great start to 2021! To reflect a little on 2020, we surely had our challenges. However, we came through the year with adding online payments, brokering jewelry and external inventory like we never had before and helping clear aged inventory. We also have had cleaner stores than I have ever seen. Even with a year like 2020, we did have many positive things happen at Loyalty Pawn. Thankfully, we can bring in the new year our commitment and team engagement.

It is time to highlight the top salesmen for the month of December! Dominic T. $65,278.07, Mark Xiong $24168.85 and Tony Mora $22,318.63. Great job gentlemen. The top three salesmen for quarter 4 2020 were Dominic, Josh Bonton and Marcos Barragan. Congratulations, you qualify for the increased bonus incentive for quarter 1 2020!

For the first quarter of 2021, we are focused both on our sales and loan growth. Since September 2020, we have seen gradual increases in physical loans as well as our purchases. We have been steadily adding to our inventory each month. Also, our layaways have grown substantially in the last 5 months and we look forward to these being completed. When we opened up the Luxury store at El Camino, it truly showed our clients added value to the products we take and sell. The merchandising of our inventory has improved incredibly, and this will help gain super fan clients. The best form of advertising is word of mouth or live testimonials from our clients. I believe that the fruit is yet to bare at El Camino. We will be ready for what this year will bring!

To conclude, we continue to entertain new team members. We have had multiple new team members join us these last couple months. We are looking forward to expanding our teams and getting back to normal. We will continue to scout and gradually add new talent to our teams. Keep up the great work, we will succeed together!

Happy New Year,

Wayne Silliman General Manager
