A Letter from the General Manager

Greetings Teams,

On to 2021! This is definitely going to be a new year, with new goals and new successes. 2020 was quite the challenge for us all. If there is anything I have learned through last year, it is that we can all persevere through difficult times. We have been able to adapt through these difficult times and we will continue to do so. Year over year, we intend to do better that the last. When we goal set, that is an indicator or mark that we strive for. We made some surprisingly good strides in the last half of 2020 and look forward to continuing on that path. As always, we will continue to make tweaks to our operations here and there while concentrating on growing our teams again. We are happy to see the light at the end of the tunnel.

As always, we like to highlight our top salesmen for the month. First place in December was Dominic T. who sold $32,024.39. Second place was Javier B. who sold $22,218.39 and third place goes to Joseph Contreras who sold $16,555.16. This is a fantastic start to the new year! Historically, February has been a top contender month in sales. We hope to exceed the sales mark from February 2020.

A big thank you to everyone going online live. This absolutely makes a difference. As markets change, going live, keeps us relevant and reminds those who follow us of our services. This serves well to give a map of the inside of our locations as well as introducing product and teams to our community. We also have a great opportunity to showcase, hot ticket or obscure items that come in. Please keep up the good work and stay creative.

To conclude, in the next 3 months, we are still outsourcing inventory to fit our needs. We do not plan on this year being a strong tax year however, we do believe that another form of stimulus will be on its way soon. By now, each store has a considerable amount of jewelry. We will be advertising these goods through Facebook, email campaigns and texting. We are also putting a considerable amount of effort in reminding our communities of items that we except for loan or purchase. If you see an ad on Facebook, don’t be afraid to like and share. Again, we plan to excel by being uniquely creative!

Sincerely,

Wayne Silliman General Manager
