energetic, subtle realms of ourselves and our world into the equation. When we do, we have the means for much greater understanding of ourselves and our sensitive reactions. Knowing that 20 percent of the population is highly sensitive is great. Then we know we are not alone. Being aware of some tips for how to manage the physical sensory overload we sometimes experience is also helpful. But it is vital that we sensitive souls embrace a holistic view of ourselves as sensitive creatures. It’s not until we embrace body, mind, and the energetic aspects of sensitivity, that we have any means to even begin to understand who we really are and what it really is that we are responding to. A holistic, energetic viewpoint results in the tools and methods to actually change our experience of our sensitivity. That is, we can make it more comfortable and useful to us. With the third, quantum, part of our sensitivity uncovered, we can change and evolve our sensitivity in more effective ways than we ever thought possible. So turn the page, and we’ll plunge right in to the energetic side of our sensitivity.
