HOW IS THE SYSTEM A·PUNCTURE? ELEMENTS CUSTOM ELEMENTS Elements custom are those who “sew” the existing architecture with the new. The system uses standard elements and custom fabricated within the constraints of portability. These elements are defined constructively to meet the more stringent standards (Passivhaus).

STANDARDIZED ELEMENTS. INTERNAL SERVICE MODULES They are prefabricated in the factory fully transportable to be transported and placed on site in a rapid and in a simple way. The inner modules are modules that serve toilet service, kitchen and storage and at the same time help define interior spaces.

STANDARDIZED ELEMENTS. COLLECTORS SOLAR MODULES It is entirely prefabricated in factory measures adapted transport and bioclimatic elements whose function is to: attract and accumulate solar radiation to heat the adyancentes free spaces and capture natural light. Once constructed factory are transported and placed on site quickly and easily.

STANDARDIZED ELEMENTS. CLIMATE CONTROL MODULES Is chosen totally free the ventilation system of energy supply, both modules can be combined as required. The systems consist of: - Module power supply: Heat Pump reversible air-water fan-wall heating coils + Module: Element HVAC with thermal inertia provided by a continuous coating of clay. It functions as a “warm wall” thus combating the feeling of coldness of air conditioned spaces. - Module Ventilation: An air handling unit with heat recovery unit, which allows air to impulse the local under similar air delivery cooling in summer or heating in winter conditions.

The most sustainable way to densify cities is “by supplementing” using existing holes. A·Puncture intervenes in existing buildings by expanding its surface and incorporating lightweight precast solar collector modules that improve the performance of extended space.

Here many buildings or structures are in disuse as many have lost their primary vocation almost unused stables, industrial buildings, rural sheds, etc. The adequacy of these spaces by incorporating elements of the system A路Puncture gives a second life to these spaces.
