Mixed-Use Project, CDMX
The requirement for this project is to develop the vision for a new mixed-use complex, with the aim of creating an integrated, innovative and sustainable urban comunity, containing different uses for retail, residential, office, hotel, amenities and green areas.
Our design considers a retail and amenities podium, which surrounds a large central park, supporting 4 towers containing the different uses, which have been distributed considering aspects of funcionality, conectivity and orientation, to create a new sustainable community.
NAO Acapulco, Guerrero
The requirement for this project is to refurbish an existing large scale building to integrate new uses for retail, exhibition, and amenities oriented to an international market and with great flexibility to accomodate changes in the use of the building in the future.
Our design optimizes the areas, circulations and services of the existing building through new spaces such as a spectacular main hall that generate special experiences for the different users of the project and respond to the environmental conditions of the surroundings.
The new adaptation of the existing spaces of the project has been resolved with a combination of new commercial, circulation, and coexistence spaces to improve high tech user experiences.
The project involves several high tech wholesale products or experiences so our approach for different spaces (in some cases virtual) involve digital capsules in order to experience in full the variety of products or links into other places real or virtual in the world to get the full 360ª scope.
