Across our local market, we have seen 1,205 properties listed for sale, over the past 12 months, which is lower than the same time last year. This has impacted sales with 1,060 taking place over the past 12 months. Looking at the house market, the best performing suburb, over the past 12 months, has been Yatala which has seen its median sales price grow by 25.0%. The median sales price of a home in Yatala is now $1,350,000. Ormeau Hills saw its median house sales price grow by 12.3% with the median price now sitting at $730,200 and Ormeau grew 11.5% across 303 individual sales with a median of $747,500.

The most traded suburb for houses in our area has been Pimpama with 478 homes sold over the past 12 months and it also had the most unit sales with 80 transactions. House prices in Pimpama have performed strongly with growth of 10.6% and now have a median price of $680,000.

Over the past month, about $4,980,000 in units and $18.52m in houses has been sold in Pimpama with $42.34m and $349.83m respectively sold over the past 12 months.

Ormeau has demonstrated the strongest price growth for units with prices rising 17.7% over the past 12 months.
