LEAVE DONATION PROGRAM This program allows you to voluntarily assist your co-workers or yourself when dealing with a serious health issue. The Leave Donation program gives you the opportunity to contribute leave time to the College-wide pool. In return, you will be eligible to receive donated leave time during calendar year 2022. Donating one day of leave time can be a win-win for your co-workers and for you. You can only utilize the program if you donate.

Leave Donation Program Highlights To participate in the program, you must donate one day of sick time or one day of vacation time for the upcoming calendar year to the College-wide pool. Employees who wish to donate leave time must elect to donate via the online open enrollment system. You must retain a combined sick and vacation leave balance of at least 10 days as of the date of enrollment in the program. Donated leave time is irrevocable. YOU ARE ELIGIBLE TO RECEIVE DONATED LEAVE TIME IN CALENDAR YEAR 2022 IF:

• You donated one sick or vacation day during open enrollment • You or a member of your immediate family have a serious illness or injury and an approved FMLA leave is on file for the medical condition, along with other qualifiers • While you are off work, you exhaust your accrued sick, vacation and personal leave time
