Wheels up for the West Coast! With spring and summer on our minds, our team headed to California in search of seasonal inspiration: what’s hot, what’s new and what’s back in style. We were charmed by the iconic, pastel-hued architecture of Palm Springs and Los Angeles. We discovered that outdoor entertaining—once a staple across America—has returned in a big way. We met chefs, bartenders and bloggers stepping out of the kitchen and turning the food and drink scene on its head. We tasted fresh, and we tasted fire.
