Above 7 Years 6 Years and Below ⦁ Those above 7 years old can access the NDIS through the NDIS path. ⦁ If you qualify as per the requirements, your first step is completing an access request before you earn legitimate participant status. ⦁ If your child is below 7 years old, you can access the NDIS via the ECEI. ⦁ The NDIS has published a package on Early Childhood Education with critical Information for 6 years and below. ⦁ Your local early childhood partner (ECP) is your first point of contact for applicants under 7. ⦁ An ECP offers children who need prolonged intervention support assistance in requesting NDIS access. Once a participant, the ECP will ensure you develop your NDIS plan.
