Despite the negativity reported by the media at the end of 2022, the market shows no signs of fading and all four offices reported year on year increases in sales agreed against a challenging backdrop. Oxfordshire property prices continued to rise over 2022, increasing by 3% on the previous year and driven by elevated levels of demand.
The demand for property has far outstripped supply and we have agreed a number of sales in excess of the guide price, having received multiple offers.
