I didn’t expect to get ill the last time I ordered food via UberEats. Was it because of the rib eye steak? How the cook prepared it? Or how the steak was transported to the restaurant from the producer? I don’t know. What I do know, though, is that the CDC estimates 48 million people each year get sick from foodborne illness.
