ABOUT
Utilizing my interior design education from Parsons School of Design and professional experience, I strive to create spaces that not only reflect my client’s interests but also consider the health and wellness of the occupant and the planet. My work aims to produce experiential spaces that are accessible, safe, and secure through the use of creative solutions. Color and nature are important aspects of my work, connecting the natural landscape to interiors. As a result, my work creates a serene and calming environment that is inviting to the user. With experience in a variety of sectors of design, I can adapt to any design project, while keeping my key values in mind throughout design development through execution.

WILLIAMSBURG SCANDI LOFT
Influencer Design Collaboration, 2025- Ongoing Teak New York Williamsburg, Brooklyn-NY
As a Design Specialist at Teak New York, a Scandinavian Design and Lifestyle showroom in Greenpoint, Brooklyn, we teamed up with actress Genesis Rodriguez to help design and style her Williamsburg Loft. Known for her roles in Lioness and Umbrella Academy, Genesis came to Teak interested in the products Teak offers, as a Scandinavian design lover herself. Through our collaboration, I assisted in designing a custom bar unit and sourcing furniture and lighting fixtures from Teak’s range of products. In this project, we used a variety of notable Scandinavian brands, including Montana, Artek, &Tradition, Layered Rugs, and Hem. This is an ongoing design project in collaboration with Genesis.

Exhibition Design Work, 2023
Whitney Museum of American Art Manhattan, NY
During my three and a half month long internship at the Whitney Museum of American Art, I was able to assist on a number of exhibitions that were being designed for the upcoming 2023-2024 year. My work included 3D modeling in Rhino, fabric sourcing, and vitrine ideation and design. Some of the major shows I assisted on were the Henry Taylor: B-Side exhibition, and Inheritance. I was also able to work with curators to assist in wall hangs and renderings on the change of one of the Permenant Collection rooms for PaJaMa on the seventh floor.

RESIDENTIAL WORK 3
Residential Work from Brooklyn Office Architecture + Design, 2023-2024 Gowanus- Brooklyn, NY
During my time at Brooklyn Office Architecture + Design as a Junior Interior Designer, I assisted my former professor and principal architect, Anne Nixon, on a variety of residential projects throughout the city. The following series of drawings are perspective views and studies for a variety of single family residences. These drawings were created to give the clients a sense of the space, cabinetry, materiality, and the overall layout of the spaces. The View and the frame of the perspectives were experimented in these drawings, removing walls and shaping the drawing themselves to capture the entire space. The drawings were first modeled in Rhino, then the lineweights exported into Adobe Illustrator.

69 Clark Street, Brooklyn NY | After recognizing the lack of healthy education around the topic of food and nutrition, I decided to create a space that will support and educate the neighborhood of Brooklyn Heights. Within the space is a food pantry and communal gathering spaces on the first floor for the general public to access, and classrooms for surrounding schools to utilize on the second floor. The space is filled with reflective and moveable curtains that allow the space to be more public, or private depending on the situation. Through my design, the goal of having a healthy and open relationship about food can be acheived.

THE SEEDLING
Parsons School of Design
Professor Adrienne Brown
Design Studio 6: Capstone Spring, 2023
Various Locations | Throughout the city, many neighborhoods do not have access to nature. It is often provided in larger acreage and closer proximity to those who are wealthier. The Seedling is a direct intervention of this; through the use of constructable and portable pods that can be placed in unused or unexpected areas across New York City, specifically in neighborhoods that are disadvantaged by the city. The project will show up unexpectedly via a FedEx-style truck, and the community will be encouraged to use the plants provided and bring their own to share with the community. The structure is meant to be temporary until larger green space is implemented but will be modular to grow with the garden, and made from light weight materials like extruded aluminum and polycarbonate sheets. It is my hope through my project that individuals can regain a sense of control over something that is lacking in their community, and to build healthier relationships with themselves, nature, and others.
