Referral: An act of referring; the state of being referred.

E.g. Ms. Arana is a referral from Ms. PĂŠrez.

Mandatory: Authoritatively ordered; obligatory; compulsory.

E.g. The use of safety helmets is mandatory.

Hazards: Something causing unavoidable danger, peril, risk, or difficulty.

E.g. The broken pipe is a big hazard.

Proposal: The act of offering or suggesting something for acceptance, adoption, or performance.

E.g. I just received a new job proposal. 3


Regrettable:

Causing or deserving regret; unfortunate; deplorable.

E.g. My past few actions are regrettable.

Invoice: An itemized bill for goods sold or services provided, containing individual prices, the total charge, and the terms.

E.g. The numbers of the invoice were wrong. 4


Adjourn: To suspend the meeting of (a club, legislature, committee, etc.) to a future time, another place, or indefinitely.

E.g. The meeting will be adjourned until next Friday.

Trainee: A person being trained, especially in a vocation; apprentice.

E.g. We must be patient with the trainee. 5


Bid:

To offer to pay for something that is being sold.

E.g. We just made a bid on the red house.

Booth:

A stall, compartment, or light structure for the sale of goods or for

display purposes, as at a market, exhibition, or fair.

E.g. We will have a cupcake booth at the local fair.
