Over the course of the last year, Colorado’s real estate market has seen a tremendous boost in real estate activity across the Front Range and resort regions. Much of this increase in home buying and selling is a result of shifting consumer preferences, which were sparked by the global pandemic. Many luxury home markets throughout the state continue to enjoy the momentum from 2020’s tidal wave of demand through the first quarter of 2021.
