Stretch The Noodle TX

Hippy Eats - Vegan

Chef Hangouts

All menu items come mild, medium, or spicy. This is Sichuan and Shaan xi style Chinese cooking, not your typical Cantonese food served at most Chinese restaurants.

Shakshuka $14 A traditional Israeli dish made vegan. Base of stewed tomatoes, sautéed red onion, red pepper, and garlic, not 'hot.' Each serving comes with 2 polenta cakes, side of rice and a house-made dolma (grape leaf stuffed with rice, walnut, red onion, and spices).

Noodles $14 | Dumplings & Bao $12 VEGAN 1. Chao Mian with vegetables. With or without tofu (hand stretched noodles stir fried with vegetables.

2. Biang Biang Mian (belt style noodles tossed with hot oil, garlic, and black vinegar sauce.)

3. Noodle salad with or without tofu.

4. Pan fried vegetable dumplings.

5. Sichuan spicy tofu bao. (Steamed buns with spicy tofu filling) MEAT 1. Chao Mian with chicken.

Thai Burrito $12 Thai-inspired peanut-tahini sauce smeared all over black beans, brown rice, purple cabbage, spring onion, carrot spears, cucumber and pickled jalapeño, lime and cilantro crammed into a 10" tortilla that barely hangs on from the immense psychological and emotional pressure to contain all of this glory!

HEALERS Sovereignty Harmony Bliss Sovereignty Harmony Bliss aka Natasha Hornedo is a psychic medium, energy healer & Sacred Sexuality Educator. In the early 2000’s her studies focused on Various Esotertic teachings and wisdoms with formal certifications beginning in 2012 with a 200 Hour YTT in New York, and a 2014 LMT Certification in Austin, TX. She has gone on to continue her studies with over 3000 hours of CE and various certifications in relating modalities a full resume is available on her website

Erin Elliot Erin is a graduate of the VITA Institute of Tantra as a Sex, Love, and Relationship Coach completing over 700 hours of work in Tantra and Somatic Healing. She is also 200 Hour Yoga Certified and has been a Health and Wellness Coach for almost 15 years. She is currently working her PhD in Clinical Sexology and hopes to have her first book completed by the end of next year.

Erin loves to read, teach, and practice meditation.

Elliot Crist Elliott is a graduate of Tantra Men's Sexual Mastery. He has been practicing Tantra and Yoga for several years. Elliott also has experience coaching athletes in fitness and nutrition. He is an artist when it comes to Shibari and enjoys the energy work with use of rope and play.

Chris Smith Sexologist and Tantra HealerAs a sex educator, intimacy coach, somatic healer, and tantra practitioner, I am committed to guiding you through life’s essential questions: Who are you, what do you want, and what’s blocking your path? My mission extends to breaking down the barriers of shame and misinformation around human sexuality, enhancing intimacy, trust, and understanding in relationships. I champion sex positivity, inclusiveness, and consent, free from societal judgments.

HEALERS Vielka Kano Vielka Kano, LPC, CST, is a certified Sex Therapist by AASECT, one of the highest certifications distinguished for its stringent guidelines, emphasizing competence, ethical integrity, and professionalism. With over two decades of dedicated study in human sexuality, she has successfully guided numerous couples in reigniting desire by integrating scientific knowledge with age-old traditions like Tantra and Taoism.
