As we gather this Supreme Conference, we will reflect on our journey thus far, celebrating our milestones and preparing for the road ahead Our focus will be on what truly makes a Phi Psi Lambda Noble stand apart: trust Trust is the cornerstone upon which our brotherhood was built Each of us entered this organization with a leap of faith, placing our trust in those who extended their hands to guide us We trusted in the principles and vision of Phi Psi Lambda, and in return, we have been rewarded with a bond stronger than any individual Trust has been, and always will be, the glue that holds us together, forging relationships that withstand the test of time
This Supreme Conference will not only be a time for reflection, but also for deepening our connections The brotherhood we cherish is rooted in trust, and it is through our mutual trust that we continue to grow as leaders and as Nobles. Pharoah of the Alpha Chapter
Joel Lewis, a Business Administration major at Bergen Community College, holds prominent leadership roles as President of the Black Student Union and Vice President of the Student Government Association. As the youngest President of The Alpha Chapter of Phi Psi Lambda Leadership Society, he is also a passionate advocate for mental health, focusing on raising awareness and supporting those in need. His advocacy and leadership roles demonstrate his commitment to making a meaningful impact in often overlooked areas. In his free time, Joel enjoys exploring nature and is an avid podcast listener, with plans to launch his own podcast in the future, finding balance and inspiration through these hobbies.

Dr Damyen Davis serves as the International President and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Phi Psi Lambda Leadership Society, Inc., where his visionary leadership drives the organization’s mission to empower men of color. With a background as a psychologist, educator, consultant, and life coach, Dr Davis is dedicated to dismantling systemic barriers to personal and professional growth. His scholarly work focuses on improving academic achievement and motivation among students of color, particularly African American and Latinx males. Through his research, he critically examines the intersection of race, ethnicity, and gender in shaping identity and academic outcomes, making significant contributions to the field of education and empowerment.

National Vice President of Undergraduate Affairs & Recruitment
Angel Coscia, as the National Vice President of Undergraduate Affairs and Recruitment for the Central Province, plays a crucial role in recruiting and developing the next generation of leaders within Phi Psi Lambda Leadership Society across seven states. He focuses on attracting academically exceptional undergraduates who align with the Society's core values and traditions, while also ensuring their holistic development On his college campus, Angel distinguishes himself as an honor student majoring in communication and as the President of the Student Government Association, where he advocates effectively for his peers. His leadership and academic achievements set a high standard for future members of the Society.
