Discounts: • Take $50 off purchase if you haul your own bull sale day. • Volume Discount - Any one-family ranching operation purchasing 3 or more bulls will receive a discount of $50 per bull. Breeder’s Guarantee: All livestock sold are guaranteed to be fertile and reproductively sound by the owner. This guarantee does not cover injury or death. Any animal that hasn’t proven himself a breeder, if in healthy condition, may be returned to the seller at the buyer’s expense. Seller reserves the privilege of trying to prove the animal a breeder. Should the animal fail to respond as a breeder, the seller may either replace the animal with a suitable replacement, if available, in full settlement and satisfaction of all claims, or give credit for the following year’s sale. Any potential claim regarding breeding difficulties must be reported by September 1 of the year of purchase. Insurance: Insurance will be available sale day. It is recommended that buyers insure their purchases for safe delivery. Purchaser assumes the risk of death or injury to their livestock immediately following the sale. Registration: All cattle are registered (unless otherwise noted) and proper certificates will be transferred upon buyer’s request. Buyer must notify seller the day of sale if they would like the papers transferred. Liabilities: All persons attending this sale do so at their own risk. Every precaution has been exercised for the safety and welfare of those attending the sale.
