Neither the sale barn owners or the Iowa Beef Connection, LLC assume any responsibility legal or otherwise for damages, accidents, or theft. All cattle are at the purchaser’s risk as soon as sold. Assistance will be given in loading in shipping, but no risk will be assumed by anyone associated with the sale.
Bull Care & Delivery IBC will offer to take the bulls back home following the sale until April 1st, free of charge. At that point we will coordinate delivery of the bulls up to 250 miles. If you take the bull home the day of the sale, we will deduct $50 from the sale price. Delivery expense not to exceed $250 per bull.
Terms & Conditions Any cattle purchased sight unseen are customer satisfaction guaranteed. All cattle sell under the suggested terms and conditions set forth by the ASA, a copy will be available sale day. IBC may retain semen interest in some of the bulls selling per announcement from the block.
