I have ridden “Toughy” this summer in very rough BLM country and in the Big Horn Mountains. “Toughy” will cross rapidly flowing creeks and can handle unexpected wildlife, without incident. I have snubbed and flagged colts off of him. “Toughy” will work gates and tolerates rain slickers and plastic tarps. This nice gelding is very athletic, has plenty of speed, and comes from a long line of outstanding arena and using type horses. He has never one time been cinchy, tight, or offered to buck with me. “Toughy” is ready to finish as a ranch or trail horse, or is a real prospect to make a heading horse out of, with all the hard work already completed.
