Sale order: Catalog lot numbers is not the sale order. The sale order will be determined the day of the sale and a supplement sheet will be provided. Health: Horses will have a current coggins test and health certificate. Catalog: Every effort has been made to insure correctness in the catalog, however, the seller, sales personal, and auctioneer are not responsible for errors or omissions. All statements and corrections will be announced at the time of the sale and shall supersede the catalog. All comments stated in the catalog are from the consignor and not the sales staff. Bidding: Horses will be sold to the highest bidder. The decision of the auctioneer will be final and the auctioneer also reserves the right to reject any bid. You must be registered in the office for a buyers number prior to bidding. Internet/Phone Bids: DVAuction will be broadcasting the sale. For information to become an approved online bidder call 402-316-5460 or support at dvauction.com. To arrange for a sale day phone number to bid call Rod at 712-490-9967 prior to the sale. Payments and Possession of registration papers: Buyer shall pay for horse at the conclusion of the sale by cash, money order, cashiers check, or personal check. The papers shall not be given to the purchaser until the horse has been paid in full and check has cleared the bank. At that time the papers will be mailed out. Inspection of Horses: There will be a preview on April 14th starting at 1:00 PM. The preview will be available to view live via dvauction.com. It is the buyers responsibility to make sure the horse is a good fit for them and we encourage you to watch the preview and ask the owners questions so you can buy with confidence. All horses are guaranteed sound unless stated otherwise from the auction block. We represent and warrant of the buyer the following for 48 hours after being sold the horse is sound of eyes and wind. The horse will hit the ground sound on all 4 feet. The horse is not a cribber and has not been nerved. This soundness guarantee will apply only to horses with problems existing prior to sale time and not to problems caused after the sale by the buyer’s hauling or use of the horse. Please examine the horse prior to the sale ring. The staff is not responsible for announcing scars and blemishes. Neither the auctioneer, Arrow B Arena, or its sales staff shall be responsible for any liability including but not limited to: the loss, damage, injury, death, or illness of any horse, person, or property before, during, or after the sale. NO ALLEY TRADING WILL BE ALLOWED. All horses must go through the ring with the transactions going through the sales office. Shipping can be arranged through the sale office at buyers expense.
