Fall into Reading! Fall 2021 Adult Reading Club* Tuesday, Sept. 7 to Sunday, Oct. 31 • Online

Join in a fellowship of reading with this club designed to enrich your life with activities, programs and reading challenges where you choose your own pace. This club is personal, customizable and provides opportunities to engage virtually with others! Earn points by completing mission activities and reading books. The Art Forger*

Thirteen works of art were stolen from Isabella Steward Gardner Museum in 1990. They have not been seen since. Who could have them?

Please read The Art Forger by B.A. Shapiro or watch This Is a Robbery on Netflix before attending to make for a lively discussion. We will also do a virtual tour of the Gardner Museum to show where the missing pieces were located. *Registration required.

Homeschool students can learn about science, technology, engineering, art and math through hands-on activities and experiments at their own level. There are now two Homeschool STEAM clubs at the LPL. Kids 5 to 12 can explore their love of cooking with two recipes over Zoom. You’ll receive an ingredients list and the recipe descriptions by email. Money as You Grow: Help for Parents and Caregivers* Saturday, Oct. 23 • 10 a.m. • Carman Community Room

Parents and caregivers can learn about children’s money milestones, how to talk about money choices, and have access to the Money as You Grow bookshelf materials provided by the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. Open to parents and caregivers of children ages 5-10. An optional side program for the children of registrants will teach kids how to “spend money” in our “store.” *Registration required.
