While there are many places that “Roast Beans”, we feel our “Proprietary Roasting Method” that has involved over 8 years of research, enhances the delicate tastes of your winery, distillery or brewery spirits. We then support your sell through efforts through our marketing assistance, “The Distillery Channel-It’s Fun Magazine”, social media outreach and supportive online sales.

Below outlines the next steps in this process. We want this to be enjoyable and profitable, so we have taken time to bring you the best in taste, support and marketing.

Some Notes to Begin…its just that easy.

1. Send us a sample of your product

2. We begin the testing by meeting with our Master Roaster.

3. Our Roaster selects beans he feels will best support your products strength of taste and bouquet.

4. We then send test samples for your approval.

5. We then secure the private blend procedures of your private coffee blend.

6. After Your Acceptance, we begin label design with our Graphic Art Department.

7. Marketing: Upon acceptance, we begin to look at your marketing program, your social media response and how we might support your business.

8. At Final Acceptance of your joining the Private Label Coffee Program, we begin to roast, label, package and send your finished.

9. We continue to support your product line by developing your “Sell Through Rate” so that we better understand when you need to reorder to fill your shelves of the World’s Greatest Boutique Coffee..

So where do I start?

This is the easy part.

Send us a bottle, two or three of your finest wine, distilled or brewery spirits. Be sure it is safely packed so it does not break. (We do not use it for personal consumption…really.) It’s all used for testing trials and timing runs.

I then call you to confirm it has been received and begin preparing the timeline for testing.

We then confer with our in house Master Roaster to inform his team of your business model and expected level of participation.

We design your plan, and send it to you to confirm a range of dates to finished product.

The process has begun ….. so it is easy to begin…as we say…

11. Upon completion of roasting, bagging and labeling, a final payment is due
