BILLING & PAYMENTS:

How Do I Pay Rent? What Are My Payment Options?

All billing for the Lumina Communities is administered bt the Duquesne University Office of Student Accounts.

The rent fee for the fall semester will be applied in mid-July. The resident and any authorized users will receive an email notification when changes have posted.

Your invoice, which will come from the University directly, will reflect any scholarships, financial aid, or payment plans that have been applied. The due date will be included on your invoice.

Both Brottier Hall and 1045 Forbes Avenue Hall have 11 month leases and will bill in 3 installments: Fall, Spring and Summer.

St Martin Hall has a 9 month lease and will bill in 2 installments: Fall and Spring.
