From site selection to project completion LIV Creative Group (LCG) ensures a consistent level of intentionality and execution across project timelines, design teams, and Livano communities. After crafting the initial project design vision, our team provides review and direction throughout design and construction. As the project begins lease-up, all resident touchpoints—signage, marketing collateral, and branded experiences—are designed internally by our team. LCG’s resident-first approach to design elevates the lived experience of Livano, enhancing the long-term value of our communities and positioning them as premium assets in the market.
To ensure that Livano properties are designed to foster an unrivaled resident experience.
To provide uniquely beautiful, functional, and memorable spaces and designed pieces, that support meaningful connection and genuine care in our communities.
To enrich the lives of Livano residents, enhancing the long-term value of Livano communities and positioning them as the most sought-after assets in the market for both residents and investors.
The existence of LCG is unique in the multifamily space. At LIV, we do things differently.
· Our process is better, so our product is better – which creates value for both residents and investors.
We approach design holistically.

· We commit resources to the efforts that have the greatest impact on the resident experience.
· Great design matters, and it can also be simple and efficient.
