Any documentation (appeal letters, transcripts, readmit applications, etc.) should be emailed to the academic standing committee via email.
Degree Audit Review
A degree audit is an analysis of your student’s academic progress towards degree completion. Coaches should regularly review all students on their cohorts audit to make sure they are advising them correctly and the student is on track to graduate. Registrar determines a student’s eligibility to graduate pending completed courses on their audit.
When reviewing the audit keep in mind, total number of credits completed and liberal arts credit counts do not update until the semester concludes. It is important to keep in mind total number of credits currently in progress to ensure you are keeping students on track. Coaches should ensure at the end of each semester any submission or waivers granted are updated in the system, transferred credits are updated, and courses are reading as completed in the audit. Coaches should also cross reference the Academic Bulletin for any discrepancies and communicate with the Registrar to ensure the students degree requirements are reading accurately.
