ELMselect offers comparisons for fixed vs variable rates, total costs and fees, number of payments, and payment amounts.

Verification Process

Documents that are email, faxed or taken in at the counter should be screened for completeness including required signatures and dates and then uploaded through the LIU Document Portal: https://apply.liu.edu/documentadmin. Please DO NOT give this URL to students.  Students who want to upload the documents themselves, should use this URL: https://apply.liu.edu/documents/

Once the documents are uploaded, NOC (Network Operation Center), runs a process that moves the document to ImageNow and moves the checklist in PeopleSoft from “Initiated” to “Received”. You can then shred these documents.  This process runs every night around 3:49pm. A report is generated with the student’s name in order for their verification to be processed.

STUDENT GROUPS

There are several student groups that students belong to during their time at LIU. These student groups may impact how a student is advised for classes, additional processes or requirements they must complete, and require staff to have an additional understanding of specific student needs.
