Custom Sized Stage
Room Rental will be waived with a Food and Non-Alcoholic Beverage Minimum and will be based on the final guarantee. Bar revenue, administrative fees, and sales tax are excluded for the purposes of this calculation. The current administrative fee is 23% and sales tax is 8.75%. If the food and beverage minimum revenue is not met, the balance will be charged as Room Rental. Client bears responsibility for the "minimum" as well as any charges incurred above the minimum.

Generally, we do not permit outside food or beverage unless it is a cuisine that we do not offer. However, we understand that couples may have specific dietary preferences or cultural requirements. In such cases, we are happy to discuss options and make necessary accommodations.

Room Blocks
The Riverside Convention Center is within walking distance of the Riverside Marriott at the Convention Center, Historic Mission Inn Hotel & Spa, Hyatt Place and Hampton Inn. We can assist with room blocks of 10 or more rooms per night. Please contact 951-335-7002 or adryver@riv-cc.com for more details.
Certificate of Insurance
Client must procure and maintain insurance that fully covers the risk and indemnity obligations set forth, including Commercial General Liability coverage for bodily injury, property damage, contractual liability assumed under this Contract, and any independent contractors, in the amount of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate The insurance policy must specifically name the following entities as additional insurers: "Raincross Hospitality Management Corporation dba Riverside Convention Center and the City of Riverside, The Riverside Civic Authority and their respective members, officers, directors, managers, agents and employees "
Wedding Confirmation
When you are ready to confirm your wedding date with the Riverside Convention Center, we require the deposit along with a signed contract. You will have 14 days from the time the contract is received to sign and provide the deposit to secure your date. If the signed contract and deposit are not received by the date noted on your contract, the held date will be released, and the contract will be terminated.
Deposit & Payment Schedule
A 15% deposit is required to reserve the space for your Event. This deposit, which is non-transferable and non-refundable, will be deducted from the overall balance due. Ninety (90) days prior to the date of the Event, an additional 35% of the estimated charges will be due. If the Event is contracted within ninety (90) days of Event, then Client must pay a non-transferable and non-refundable deposit in the amount of 50% of the estimated charges. Complete pre-payment of estimated charges for the Event is required four (4) business days prior to the Event by cash, company printed check, cashier's check, money order or credit card. Before the Event, Client must submit a valid credit card for any additional charges incurred during the Event.
