DELIVERY MODE & DURATION This course is delivered via blended learning: classroom lectures, lab assignments, assessments and flipped classroom learning that includes self-study of concepts online.

Part Time: 5.5 months

MODULES Module 1 - Fundamentals of Server & Network Gain knowledge and skills in Networking, Security and System Administration, so you can implement a Windows Server infrastructure. By the end of the module, you will be able to build a Windows Server infrastructure with Windows Server 2012.

Module 2 - Install and Configure Operating Systems Acquire knowledge and skills required to install, configure and administer Windows 8.1 in a Windows Server domain environment. By the end of the module, you will be able to Install & Configure Windows 8.1 Operating System.

Module 3 - Support and Maintain IT Infrastructure Learn skills to support Windows 8.1 Operating System and troubleshoot technical problems in a Windows 8.1 and Windows Server 2012 R2 networking environment. By the end of the module, you will be able to Support & Maintain Windows 8.1 Operating System.

Module 4 - Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills for IT Helpdesk Learn best practices and skills to provide IT support to end-users. By the end of the module, you will acquire effective interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills to provide professional helpdesk support.

Module 5 - Capstone Project: Infrastructure Support The Capstone project gives an opportunity to demonstrate implementation skills acquired in previous modules, in a real-time project. By the end of the module, you will acquire real time implementation skills of a Windows Server, Network & Operating System.
