Onward Real Estate is a new venture formed by five of Nashville’s most respected real estate professionals: Jenni Barnett, Scott Cornett, Dawne Davis, Matt Ligon, and Danny Anderson. LEADERSHIP TEAM

Jenni Barnett: With nearly three decades of experience, Jenni Barnett leads Onward Real Estate. Previously the CFO and COO at Parks Realty, Jenni has a proven track record in managing rapid growth and expanding service lines. She has been recognized as Nashville Business Journal’s CFO of the Year and honoree in 2021.

Scott Cornett: Heading the Nashville office, Scott brings nearly 20 years of real estate experience. He was named Nashville’s Best REALTOR® in 2021 by Nashville Lifestyles and has a background in music industry marketing and sales.

Dawne Davis: Leading the Murfreesboro office, Dawne has 20 years of experience in Williamson and Rutherford County real estate. She has held significant positions with Tennessee REALTORS® and the Williamson County Association of REALTORS®.

Matt Ligon: A lifelong resident of Franklin, Matt oversees the Williamson County office. With more than 30 years of local real estate experience, he has served in various community roles, including the Board of Trust at Battle Ground Academy.

Danny Anderson: Specializing in historic properties, Danny leads community relations and engagement. With over 42 years of experience, he has held leadership roles with the Williamson County Association of REALTORS®, RealTracs, Studio Tenn, and the Heritage Foundation.
