Alpha Omega Foundation, Incorporated was established in 1984 as a provider of scholarship opportunities, health education, educational empowerment and training, community care and concern for the Northeast Ohio Area.
Olivet Housing and Community Development Corporation (OHCDC) is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to improving the quality of life of disadvantaged individuals and groups by providing programming and investment into enhancing their social and economic condition. OHCDC, through its Health and Education Institute and NeCCESS (Neighborhood Collaboration for Competitive Employment Status) Initiative, focuses on addressing health and socioeconomic disparities through strong partnerships with community-based organizations. Our approach is wholistic in concentrating on improving health, economic self-sufficiency and family outcomes.

SylviaMarshall,anativeofGreaterCleveland,hasaprimarymissionofinspiring, motivating, and empowering people, in particular students, to become highachieving, contributing members of our global society At an early age, she discoveredaloveforworkingwithchildrenandeventuallystudiededucationin college,earningaBachelorinEarlyChildhoodEducationfromUrsulineCollege. SheeventuallywentontoearnaMasterinReadingfromNotreDameCollege,a Master in Curriculum and Instruction from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and StateUniversity(VirginiaTech),andathirdMasterinEducationAdministration fromUrsuline. Inaddition,shereceivedherProfessionalPrincipalLicensefrom the State of Ohio Department of Education. Sylvia also has her technology endorsementandpassedGoogle'sTrainerSkillsAssessment,whichallowsherto providetrainingonGoogleEducationToolsinschools.

Sylvia has been a beacon of change for the South Euclid-Lyndhurst School District Asateacher,sheimplementedandledmanyprogramsandafterschool clubs She has also led professional development in technology for her colleagues Sylvia has received many awards and honors, including News Channel's5TerrificTeacherandtheOhioPTALifeAchievementAward Shehas served as her district’s Summer School Principal and found a way to add excitementandinnovationtoapostpandemiclearningenvironment

Rebekah L. Sharpe is a 2006 graduate of Cleveland Heights High School. She obtained a Bachelor of Music in Music Education from Capital University, a MasterofArtsinMusicEducationfromKentStateUniversity,aMasterofArtsin Educational Leadership from The University of Cincinnati, and is currently workingonherPhDatTiffinUniversity.
ShetaughtchoiratMarion-FranklinHighSchoolinColumbusCitySchoolsforfive years, before returning to Cleveland to teach choir and orchestra at Shaker HeightsMiddleSchoolforfiveyears.
She first served as an educational leader in the Dean of Students role for two years at Shaker Heights Middle School. She is currently completing her second year as an Assistant Principal at Shaker Heights High School.
