1. Combine brown sugar, canola oil and sweet chilli sauce. Add 750g green prawns, peeled, tails intact and toss to coat. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

1 tbs brown sugar 2 tbs canola oil 2 tbs sweet chilli sauce 750g green prawns, peeled, tails intact 1 lime, juiced 2 Lebanese cucumbers, sliced 150g baby spinach leaves 1/4 cup fresh coriander leaves

2. Heat a chargrill pan on medium.

Cook the prawns for 2-3 minutes.

Bring the marinade in a saucepan to the boil. Remove from the heat and stir in the juice of 1 lime.

3. Combine Lebanese cucumbers, baby spinach leaves, fresh coriander leaves, prawns and dressing to serve.

Thai Beef Salad With Crispy Noodles Ingredients

1. To marinate your Steak. Place soy and fish sauces, lime juice, garlic, ginger, palm sugar, chilli paste and sesame oil into a bowl and whisk until well combined.

Place Steak into marinade mix, coating steak well and cover with Cling Wrap. Refrigerate for 30mins.

2. Chop tomatoes, cucumber and red capsicum into bite size pieces. Wash lettuce mix well and dry. Add all salad ingredients and noodles together, toss well.

3. Heat frying pan until hot. Remove Steak from marinade and place into hot frying pan. Keep excess marinade. Cook steak until medium rare, cover and set aside to rest for 5mins.

4. Place reserved marinade in a medium heat frypan and reduce by a 1/4 until thicker but still runny. Cut steak into fine slices. Top salad with steak and drizzle over the reserved marinade. Serve.
