This medium bodied Western Australian classic dry white displays a pleasant combination of fresh tropical fruit aromas and herbal characters of gooseberry and cut grass.

Soft and approachable with a long flavour it is the perfect partner to an afternoon picnic.

Jacob’s Creek has earned one of the best reputations around for providing quality wine at an affordable price. Taylors Jaraman Shiraz 750ml

Ingredients • 1.25kg piece of beef eye fillet • 4 garlic cloves, minced • 1 tbsp dried rosemary, crushed • 1 tsp salt • 1/2 tsp black pepper • 4 1/2 tsp of olive oil • 12 small washed potatoes, halved • 1 large brown onion, sliced

Method 1. Combine the garlic, rosemary, salt and pepper; set aside 4 teaspoons. Rub the remaining mixture over roast; place in a greased shallow roasting pan.

2. In a small bowl, whisk reserved herb mixture with oil. In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the potatoes and onion; add oil mixture. Seal bag and toss to coat. Arrange vegetables around roast.

3. Bake, uncovered, at 230° for 30-60 minutes or until cooked to your liking.

4. Remove beef from baking pan and transfer to a plate. Cover with foil and set aside for 10-15 minutes to rest before slicing.

5. Return potatoes and onion to the oven; bake 10 minutes longer or until potatoes are tender.
