Our email marketing is designed to take the pressure off of you getting your monthly sphere touches. We will assemble creative, relevant, and original content and distribute it to the Primary Sphere we have on file for you in a platform called Rezora. Here, the marketing team manages your account and updates your lists. However, you will also have access to this account where you can track who opened what and if they clicked on any of the content provided. We simply ask that you do not change your username or password for our team to be able to retain access.

Embedded into the backend of your BoldTrail agent website is a lead generation platform called “Property Boost” This technology advertises your listing on Instagram and Facebook to which lead information will come straight into your BoldTrail dashboard to be managed by you You can also add your seller’s email address to the campaign so that they receive daily ad performance data.

Through Adwerx, you have the option to target your sphere with a custom ad designed by our marketing team To achieve this, you’ll want to set up a meeting with our Marketing Manager
If you have an idea for something that we don’t already offer, NO WORRIES! We are always here to help bring your ideas to life and further develop your brand You can request a meeting with the marketing team by emailing marketing@lipmanhomesandestatescom From there, we will get you scheduled and begin the journey toward a custom campaign, asset, etc Keep in mind that although our marketing team’s goal is to provide you with exceptional service, there are some projects that we will not be able to accommodate because of time or resource restrictions

Kendra will review all documents in DotLoop when you submit them for review She will be the one looking over them all and making sure everything is correct! We ask that you submit documents at least 3 days before closing, so she can make sure everything is correct! It is helpful if you change the status to "under contract" and add the closing date and sales price to the file as soon as it goes under contract; that way it will be on her radar There is a closing form uploaded in all the files for you to fill out before closing This form helps Kendra know when things are closing, where the client/lead source came from, and if there is a referral fee she needs to pay out
There is a part of the closing form for you to fill out if you would like to send a Children's Miracle Network Honor Card to your client There is also a section at the bottom to select if you want to send out just-sold postcards and add your client's information so the marketing team can add them to your sphere in Rezora We like to make everything as easy as possible for you!
Agent bills are sent out on the 15th of each month and are due no later than the 15th of the following month. There are 3 payment options: ( 1 )You can pay by check, ( 2 ) you can add in your banking information for an auto-draft each month, or ( 3 ) you can pay with a credit card.
Sending in a check and adding your banking information is FREE for you to use, but there is a 4% credit card fee for using a credit card. Begin Your Training in BoldTrail
Under Apps in MAX/Center, you’ll find a tile titled “Platform: MAXTech powered by BoldTrail.” Once on this website, go to the navigation bar on the left-hand side. At the bottom, you’ll find “Training and Support.” Click the option that says “Training and Learning Path.” Then select “Agent Quick Start” and complete this course.
If you have completed getting your database into a CSV file and have forwarded it to the marketing team, you can add this same CSV file to Bold Trail To access the bulk upload option, click on the tile in the middle top of your dashboard under playbooks named Gather your Sphere This playbook will walk you through adding your entire database to the platform You may also request marketing to complete this step for you

This course will take a deeper dive into Bold Trail’s email capabilities such as automation and teaches you how to customize your agent website, create landing pages, and drive traffic to your site. To access this course in Bold Trail go to the third square/tile near the top right of your dashboard labeled System Training. To the right of the words System Training click on the link for Learning Portal. Once in the portal search for “BoldTrail Advanced” and the course will be ready to enroll in.
Dotloop is our tool for managing all transaction documents, e-signing, and compliance with TREC This course will help you navigate the platform, set up your notification preferences, and give you a basic understanding of its functionality To access the course, log in to Dotloop and click on your account in the top right-hand corner Near the bottom of the dropdown screen, click on the Help Center and then click on the Getting Started Tile
After completing the advanced Bold Trail class, you will be equipped to make changes to the flow, functionality, and content on your site so that it stands out from the crowd. Visit Work Your Sphere in BoldTrail’s Playbooks and Start Organizing Methods of Outreach
After completing the Agent Quick Start in Bold Trail, you will know there are a few different tools to help you stay engaged with your sphere The easiest way to get started is through the playbooks tile in the top middle of your dashboard Click on the tile called Work your Sphere and it will prompt you with daily tasks to both clean up missing information as well as set your contacts up for personalized points of contact We recommend you incorporate the Work Your Sphere Playbook into your weekly nurture activities

Opt-in to RE/MAX Concierge
RE/MAX Concierge is a brand new lead generation option within the RE/MAX ecosystem This program is optional as you will pay a 35% referral fee on any closed leads. These leads are those that have entered RE/MAX’s primary public website. These leads will be qualified and developed by RE/MAX until they need to be assigned to a licensed agent. To opt in, go to the top right-hand corner of your dashboard and click on the marketplace button next to your profile. You will have to scroll a ways down to the Tile labeled Max/Tech Lead Concierge and click Opt-In You will be prompted to fill out the agreement and next steps
Access Tech Foundations for RE/MAX and Complete the Course:
Log in to RE/MAXnet (your Max Center dashboard) and click on the Learning and Education Tile This is the RE/MAX university portal that offers tons of self-paced training, live classes, and CE We recommend you click on the TEchnology Training link under the quick links on the left-hand side of your dashboard This course will expose you to additional tools within the RE/MAX ecosystem that can help expand your reach or operate more efficiently.
