Youth Services MEMBERSHIP Two students from the Excelsior STATUS Community College were assigned to the Resource Center during their work experience – Community Service. The students are in Total Membership: 38 the Club in clerical duties as well as assisting the Computer studies and will assist sight impaired students in the Resource Center. Active Their first task was to establish24Yahoo Messenger on the President’s Laptop in Affiliate: preparation for the Third On-Line 9 Cabinet meeting held Sunday February 28.Their next At Large task was to set up the Club’s “Facebook” 3 account and had it up and functioning. Associate: 1 Honorary: 1 Information Technology The two students from the Excelsior Community College who are in their second year in Computer studies have been a blessing in this area of Information Technology. Already during their first few days were able to set up “Facebook” account and arrange Yahoo Messenger for the On-line 3 rd Cabinet meeting. E-mails and text messaging continue.
February 1-28 Environment The period saw two major activities –planting Phase 3 of an additional 10
hectares, (bringing total to approximately 33.5 hectares and maintaining 23.52 hectares from Phase 1& 2.. The Rural Agricultural Development Agency (RADA) was to assist with the public education component of the project and to help in the design of the training material. This activity is rescheduled for March 2010.
