Our History

IG Design Group Americas, Inc. is based in Atlanta, Georgia and has 27 facilities worldwide that support its business. We are the world's largest gift packaging company, designing and producing paper, décor and other products.

In 2020, our organization acquired CSS Industries and their legacy brands allowing us to continue to produce a beautiful array of ribbon and accessories.

With over 100+ years of experience, we strive to lead the industry in market trends, providing our customers with innovative, high-quality products and great service–with many of our products still being made in the USA, utilizing our in-house weave and fber technology team.

Founded in 1876, Berwick Offray™ has been a pioneer in the development of polyester ribbon for nearly 150 years. As the most recognizable brand of ribbons among ribbon users within the United States, we focus on quality, user experience, color and design.

McGinley Mills®, also known as Satin Acetate 210, is rich in heritage, with frst rate quality. Unique to the foral industry, there is no other ribbon quite like it. Woven with acetate thread and a satin fnish, this versatile ribbon has a palette of over 60+ colors to choose from, in an assortment of sizes.

Proudly made in the USA, Hampshire Paper™ was originally founded and manufactured in Milford, New Hampshire. With a long history of designing, developing and sourcing Floral Roll Paper and Sleeves, as well as other foral accessories such as Krystalphane® Film, Guardsman® Wax Tissue Paper & Foil, Hampshire Paper™ is well respected in the Wholesale Floral and Horticultural industries.

SHIPPING POLICIES

Unless otherwise specifed, shipping will be via FedEx Ground or LTL ground carrier and freight charges will be prepaid and added to the invoice.

BACKORDERS & SUBSTITUTIONS

Unless otherwise specifed, products are subject to backorder and will ship when available. We reserve the right to cancel backorders under $25.00. Where substitutions are necessary, a ribbon of equal or greater size and value may be substituted.

SHORTAGE CLAIMS & RETURN POLICY

Although all sales are considered fnal with no returns accepted, sometimes errors do occur. We take great care to pack and ship your order in excellent condition. However, if your receiving personnel fnd any shortages or damage upon arrival, all exceptions must be noted on the carrier’s Bill of Lading document which consignees are required to verify as accurate upon receipt. If you encounter a problem with the quality of our product, contact customer service within 72 hours of receipt. All returns must have prior authorization. Merchandise refused or returned will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and product must be in the original packaging and resalable condition. Seasonal, custom and closeout products cannot be returned.
