Concept of Project and Need It Is Expected to Fill: The Center for Real Estate is an all-encompassing educational pathway and collaboration between California State University, Fullerton, its students, and partners.

The mission for The Center for Real Estate is to promote and advance real estate education at CSUF, including curriculum, program reputation, student placement, and outreach to the local business community. The vision of The Center for Real Estate is achieving success in real estate through building community and providing industry knowledge. Its pursuit is to enhance every aspect of real estate while being paired with mentors who can guide them in their chosen career. This is an unusual program in that students are becoming ambassadors between their community partners and the university. The Center for Real Estate fulfills the need of students by providing excellent support, enhancing the community to university connection, and the need of the real estate industry to have access to highly focused and educated young people wishing to enter the industry; as many of the current professionals are retiring.

II.

OVERVIEW Description of Project: The Center for Real Estate humbly began in 1974 in the form of the Real Estate and Land Use Institute. A collaboration between government regulators, leaders in industry, and faculty who’s aim was to further the standards and education in real estate students. It was renamed The Center for Real Estate in 2019 (See History of The Center for Real Estate Attachment). The Center for Real Estate expanded its scope to promote education and support students enrolled in the business program majoring in real estate and finance along with the student campus organization California State University Fullerton Real Estate Association (CSUFREA.COM 1.) In addition, the Center for Real Estate provides: o o o o o

Guest speakers for weekly meetings.

On campus Argus financial analysis training and certificate.

Enables attendance at national and local industry conventions and conferences.

Gives consulting opportunities in commercial real estate.

Provides introduction and student membership into the Institute of Real Estate Management, the Building Owners and Managers Association of Orange County, the International Council of Shopping Centers, the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors, the Certified Commercial Investment Member, and the Commercial Real Estate Women.

Purpose: The Center for Real Estate is seeking your support to aid our ability to continue advancing students into professional roles within the real estate industry. The goal of the Center for Real Estate is to fill the need of the real estate industry with highly educated and focused young professionals. Objectives of The Center for Real Estate are to; increase our number of students, determine what aspect of real estate they want to pursue, help them create a resume, connect and pair them with established companies in the field that most interests them, and provide continuing mentorship throughout their education and career. It has been observed by the founders of The Center for Real Estate, that there is a great need for new talented young, trained professionals in real estate to fit the need for the expanding and increasingly complex real estate profession.

Much of the growth in Southern California has occurred over the past 40 years and many of the executives of real estate firms are retiring. Very few Colleges and Universities in the Southern California marketplace include a real estate program. Well known Colleges and Universities focus on MBA programs in real estate and target professionals who are already employed.

California State University, Fullerton has one of the most diversified student enrollments in the United States consisting of Asian, Central America, European and African. Many students are the first of their family to attend college. The CSUFREA started with 8 students in 2019 and in the current semester Spring of 2021 we have over 70 student members and anticipate over 100 members of the CSUFREA in the Fall of 2021. Our request is to assist our funding for the fall semester to support the real estate program and maintain our pace of serving the students. Our second need for funding is to financially assist students who are in desperate need of scholarship funding.

Role of Key Individuals who will participate in the project Robert Osbrink, Director of The Center for Real Estate. The Director role is responsible for overseeing the Center’s activities in the community and incorporating the REA (Real Estate Association) into the overall business planning.

Creating and monitoring the Budget.

Raising funds for the Center’s operations.

Requesting Grant Funds and subsequently placing with students and allocating for Center’s growth goals.

Counseling students for future job positions in the real estate industry.

Overseeing the Intern Program for student placement into the industry.

Designing Events to expose the Center to the business community at large.

Working closely with the Assistant Director to meet Board of Directors goals and objectives.

Leading the Board Meetings quarterly.

Interfacing with the Industry organizations for Center exposure.

Coordinating the Curriculum for maximum placement of students upon graduation.

Appointing Board members to reflect the diversification of the campus enrollment.

Selecting Panelists for Economic Forecasts and REA Meetings.

Working with other Center’s Directors to coordinate efforts and improve the College’s internal communication.

Set and monitor goals for Center’s growth and direction.

The Center for Real Estate has grown in membership and stature over the past two years and involvement of Board members has increased dramatically. The ongoing goal of linking the REA and the Center for Real Estate has yielded excellent benefits for students and increased the profile of the Center for Real Estate in the Real Estate Industry at large.

Linsey Carbone, Assistant Director of The Center for Real Estate is a Center for Real Estate ambassador. She is responsible for building close relationships with Southern California companies that touch real estate. The assistant director calls on the presidents and top executives to explore how the Center for Real Estate, College of Business, and California State University, Fullerton can help their company to be even more successful than they are today. Benefits to the community are introduction of interns and graduates, real estate events, forecasts, research, etc. The assistant director does not limit discussion to just real estate but includes requests for assistance to hire accountants, marketing, finance, management, IT, and all other graduate specialties at CSUF. Once funds are available the Center for Real Estate assistant director will work full time to promote the Center for Real Estate, College of Business, and CSUF. The assistant director reports directly to the Center for Real Estate Director.

Robert M Taylor, (CRE) is one of the founders of the Center for Real Estate and has been active for the past 20 years. Taylor holds an BA and MBA from California State University Fullerton and attended real estate classes at the University in the 1960's. He was a major donor of $100,000 to assist in the financing of the College of Business and Economics Building and has lectured nearly every semester in real estate classes as a volunteer. Taylor sold his company, The REMM Group in 2014 and spends 30% of his time working as a volunteer for The Center for Real Estate helping to mentor and spread awareness of the Counselors of Real Estate Brand and Designation. His passion for real estate and teaching is undeniable and the students gain a lot from his expertise.

2021 Real Estate Association grew to over 70 Students.

2021- Spring 2022 Increase student enrollment from 70 to 120.

2021 Fall Semester Begin the Counselor for a Day event.

IV.

BUDGET Due to the Pandemic the main fund raiser, our annual economic conference, of The Center for Real Estate had to be canceled in 2021. We are seeking financial support to assist The Center for Real Estate’s finances. Support would go to student’s which includes assisting students in selecting companies for intern and full-time positions. The Center for Real Estate has data based 7,000 companies that touch real estate in Southern California which consists of 32 industry categories. The students choose 3 categories, and The Center for Real Estate provides the students with real estate firms in each category. The Center for Real Estate assists the students in fine tuning their resume, the Director of The Center for Real Estate prepares a letter of introduction to the CEO of each company and later follows up with the individual companies. This procedure takes time and effort but has been very successful. We have placed in excess of 60 students during the past 18 months.

We are also looking for support that would be allocated to student scholarships based on financial need and dedication to pursue a career in real estate.

V.

EXPECTED IMPACT The expected outcome of our program is an unequaled education in all matters of real estate. Our project is evaluated by the success of our student graduates. Career placement of students who participated in the Center for Real Estate is currently 100%.

California State University, Fullerton’s Center for Real Estate is one of the only programs in the United States that is focused on training students while in college, assisting students in obtaining career positions upon graduation and follow up after graduation with our Real Estate Association Alumni Program. (See ARGUS Attachment) Over 60% of the students at California State University Fullerton are minorities and over 50% are female. 1 Approximately 47% of the students are low-income. 2 This program not only benefits the student but the community, real estate industry, and the university by bridging relationships from the start a student’s education and creating ambassadors who continue connections even after graduating. With the contribution and involvement of The Center for Real Estate this program will be in a better position to continue advancing students in their pursuit in a Real Estate career.

RELEVANCE The sole focus of The Center for Real Estate is the education of every component of real estate including an emphasis on ethics and values such as; integrity, competence, community, trust, and responsibility that the mentors impart to students complimenting the Counselors of Real Estate. Through The Center for Real Estate and the real estate program, students who have completed basic courses in real estate including ethics are permitted to take the Brokers Exam upon graduation with their certificate in real estate.

Our guest speakers who represent major professional real estate associations also communicate ethics as well as our Board of Directors who are all well known in the profession. The Center for Real Estate Director, Bob Osbrink and Bob Taylor, (CRE) met with Southern California Chairman Jim Wolf, (CRE) February 24, 2021 to discuss ways in which the Counselors can bring value to the Center for Real Estate and the Real Estate Association. The decision was made to seek chapter mentors to host a Counselor for a Day event starting the Fall Semester 2021. Our goal is to introduce real estate students to the Counselors and to convey the importance of a high degree of ethics and community support. We anticipate strong participation from both the Counselors and the Members of the Real Estate Association. Going forward we plan this to be an annual event.

STRATEGY FOR SUSTAINABILITY The Center for Real Estate is an ongoing program where the founders are committed to make the real estate program at California State University Fullerton the best program in the Western United States including an MBA degree in the future. Prior financial support came from the State of California. Current support is from our annual economic conference and real estate advisors that have been funding the program voluntarily.

The Center for Real Estate History

Reorganization and Renaming of the Real Estate and Land Use Institute (RELUI) to The Center for Real Estate Real Estate and Land Use Institute (RELUI) was created on the CSUF campus more than 30 years ago to take advantage of funding from a real estate endowment created by the state of California which since has been moved to the CSU Chancellor’s Office. The funding has supported a small number (2 to 3) student scholarships and occasional small research projects (less than $10,000) annually in the Finance department. Over the years, the Finance department has developed a vigorous real estate curriculum and a concentration in the field with up to 50 students in it. There are several permanent faculty members specializing in the field.

The department of Finance would like to expand activities of the real estate program to provide greater internship and career support to students and solicit enhanced industry support for students and faculty. Changing the status of RELUI from an institute to a center will continue our eligibility for the real estate endowment funds from the CSU Chancellor’s office. The new name is also more recognizable and will allow the program to draw better support for campus programs from the community. Hence our request for the name and status change from Real Estate and Land Use Institute at the university level to the Center for Real Estate in Mihaylo College for Business and Economics.

Name Center for Real Estate Mihaylo College of Business Administration and Economics California State University, Fullerton Proposed Sponsor Dr. Morteza Rahmatian, Dean Mihaylo College of Business and Economics Mission and Purpose The mission of the Center for Real Estate is to promote and advance real estate education at CSUF, including curriculum, program reputation, student placement, and outreach to the local business community. The Center will: • Provide support for student scholarships and faculty and student research into real estate issues; • Work with real estate focused student clubs and other organizations on campus; • Provide a neutral forum where professionals in the field address key real estate issues; • Assist in the development, coordination, and administration of countywide continuing education programs related to real estate;

Maintain liaisons with government agencies, private industry, and associated organizations with interest in public policy affecting real estate and land use; Promote the general well-being of undergraduate and graduate real estate education at CSUF.

This mission statement of the Center supports University Strategic Plan Goals 1 and 4. In particular Goal 1: Provide a transformative educational experience and environment for all students and Goal 4. Expand and strengthen our financial and physical capacity will be met by activities undertaken in fulfilment of the Center’s mission.

Leadership Organization Mihaylo College dean will appoint a Director of the Center. The Director will be responsible for following all the relevant university policies and rules, and meeting other responsibilities as assigned to the position by the university and the college, including filing annual and periodic reports. The director will be supported by a board of directors whose members will be appointed by the dean at the recommendation of the Director. The Center Director may also appoint associate director and other staff members as necessary to carry out the mission of the Center.

Membership All the CSUF students taking courses or majoring in real estate and related subjects and faculty members with research and/or teaching interest in real estate would be welcome to participate in the Center’s activities. In addition to the Finance department chair, who will serve as ex officio board member, selected faculty members who wish to be involved in the Center’s activities may be appointed academic board members. Real Estate professionals who have a leadership position in the Orange County real estate industry, and enthusiastic interest in the training of future leaders in real estate and a desire to serve the community, may be invited to serve on the board. Board members will be nominated by the Center’s Director and approved by the Dean of the college. Term of service and other requirements for board member duties shall be established with the recommendation of the Director and approval of the Dean.

Involved Departments and /or Colleges The Center for Real Estate will be affiliated with the Finance Department, but may invite other departments to participate on an ongoing basis. Additionally, the Center may wish to pursue the appointment of academic members from outside its immediate department.

Short Term Plans 2018-2019 Academic Year Once the Center has been approved, the balance of 2019 will focus on presentation of the Argus Financial Analysis Class (April 13-14), promoting student opportunities at the International Council of Shopping Centers Convention in Las Vegas (May), and the placement of

summer interns and permanent career positions. We expect as many as 50 students from CSUF and other universities to participate in Argus classes. Students that complete the course and pass the final examination will receive a certificate and 100% reimbursement of class tuition.

Approximately 15 students are expected to be attending International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) Las Vegas International convention. Staff will be working throughout the summer promoting field trips and meeting with firms in the real estate industry.

Other goals for 2018-19 include: 1. Meet with real estate professors, collecting ideas on how the center can be of assistance in training of students; 2. Recruit and create inaugural board; 3. Meet with the President of Real Estate Associates for ideas on how the Center can benefit each student to advance his/her career; 4. Meet with real estate alumni for support of the Center and participation in it; 5. Meet with industry leaders to build relationships for mutual benefit; 6. Promote the Center for Real Estate, Mihaylo College, and CSUF through the media; 7. Review industry data bases and conduct surveys of local companies; 8. Further develop a scholarship program; 9. Learn the workings of the College of Business and promote activities/projects that overlap with other business departments, i.e., accounting, marketing, ISDS, etc.

2019-2021 The Center will focus on building class attendance for the real estate program, establishing relationships with real estate firms in Orange County, and promoting innovative ways to benefit both CSUF students and the community. Other goals include: 1. Expand board membership; 2. Launch additional fundraising activities; 3. Expand event offerings.

Budget Through donor commitments and events already undertaken, the Center for Real Estate will begin with a working budget of approximately $60,000. This starting budget will be enhanced by maintaining current initiatives, and by hosting events and adding direct fundraising throughout the first year. The resulting proposed budget would total $100,000 for the coming academic year (2019-20). Of the funds raised, approximately 20% will be earmarked for student scholarships.

Personal Space and Equipment No additional space or equipment is required; existing Real Estate resources are sufficient to support proposed Center.

Brief Paragraph Description for Catalog

The Center for Real Estate prepares CSUF graduates with state of the art real estate education for careers in the field, promoting a pipeline of uniquely qualified alumni to support local industry and continue the Orange County tradition of visionary real estate innovation and excellence. In preparing students, the Center facilitates engagement between current students, alumni, real estate professionals, and industry leaders. The Center also provides enhanced access to supplemental education such as Argus Financial Analysis, trade show attendance, and Excel fluency. Bylaws The Center for Real Estate Bylaws will be drafted by its board of directors under the guidance of the Director. The by-laws will be approved by the college dean and then adopted.

The Center for Real Estate Strategic Business Plan 2021-2022 School Year

Executive Summary Recognizing that the real estate industry’s need for a talent pipeline is only going to increase as key leadership reaches retirement age, the CSUF Center for Real Estate has developed an intensive internship program to match highly-qualified students - and graduates - with blue chip real estate firms. As predicted, demand for The Center for Real Estate’s services, both from interested students and interested organizations, has been high. CSUF’s unique approach to internships and career mentorship is moving the needle, not just on student success and readiness - but in helping minority students enter the workforce without the systemic limitations they often face. The Center for Real Estate must increase its capacity to offer these services if it is to keep up with demand and offer guidance to other college programs across the nation.

Additionally, The Center for Real Estate is working with CSUF faculty and industry leaders to ensure that curriculum is relevant to the needs of the current market. ARGUS Certification Training is hosted annually, with more such programs to follow as resourcing allows. Formal degree programs offering a minor, major, and eventual graduate program should be explored.

By pivoting to a student-centric, pragmatic approach, The Center for Real Estate is benefitting from synergies between CSUF’s student population and local industry. Funding these new programs to grow and expand should be a priority in the near term.

Mission Statement The Mission of The Center for Real Estate is to promote and advance real estate education at CSUF, including curriculum, program reputation, student placement, and outreach to the local business community.

Vision Achieving success in real estate through building community and providing industry knowledge.

Situation Analysis The Center for Real Estate sits within the Department of Finance in the California State University, Fullerton’s School of Business and Economics. Staffed by a director and assistant director, The Center for Real Estate is self-funded through a combination of fundraising efforts. The Center for Real Estate supports CSUF students by providing internships, academic guidance, career mentorship, curriculum review, membership with professional organizations, and by supporting the CSUF Real Estate Association. The student association (REA), at The Center for Real Estate

also supports University faculty teaching in real estate as well as businesses across Southern California. Interest in The Center for Real Estate has more than tripled in the past two years and is expected to continue to increase significantly.

The University maintains a total enrollment of approximately 41,000 students. As one of the nation’s most diverse colleges, CSUF is home to a minority-majority student population (46% Hispanic, 21% Asian, 19% Caucasian, 6% non-resident alien, 4% mixed-race, 2% black or African American, and the remaining 2% identifying either as Native Hawaiian or an unspecified race).

The average age of a CSUF student is 23.7 years. Many students are the first in their family to earn a college degree. Matriculations increased during the 2020 pandemic and enrollment is expected to be robust in the coming years.

The College of Business and Economics educates more than 20% of CSUF students each year (8,000) and is currently ranked #2 in California for business majors, and #9 nationally.1 Students interested in pursuing a career in real estate typically graduate with a finance degree and a real estate concentration. A formal minor/major program is in the works. The business college also hosts an additional 800 graduate students. A graduate degree in real estate is part of The Center for Real Estate’s long-term plan, following the minor and major..

Fullerton itself sits in the heart of Orange County, California, which has been ground zero for real estate innovation since the 1960’s and is currently a global leader in developing best practices for the industry. That same industry is now seeing the “graying out” of top performers and established leaders. Mid-level executives promoted to fill vacancies at the executive level, create staffing needs in the lower tiers as their subordinates follow them up the corporate ladder.

However, such movement is difficult without sufficient entry-level talent to keep the organization well-staffed.

ECOSYSTEM, OPPORTUNITY & RISKS: While

higher

education

faces a fiercely competitive market, there are very few colleges - if any - taking the approach California State University, Fullerton has taken with its Center for Real

Estate.

At

other

institutions, the Centers for Real Estate tend to be more esoteric in nature, with a greater emphasis on serving the needs of academia. CSUF’s Center for Real Estate is unique in that it is completely student-centric, dedicated to enhancing curriculum and job prospects so that each Titan graduate is prepared to thrive in the real estate career of their choosing. At CSUF, vetted professionals provide intensive mentorship, helping students choose the sector of real estate where they are most likely to thrive. Additionally, The Center for Real Estate leverages its large alumni and professional networks to place students in internships and careers and has succeeded in placing nearly half of affiliated students into professional organizations. By connecting students with respected industry professionals who make personalized introductions to executives at top-tier firms, CSUF bridges the divide that often separates ethnic minorities and first-generation students from those who are already connected to scions of industry. Currently, 100% of all students who complete the CSUF Center for Real Estate’s unique job placement program find a position - a success metric that is unmatched in the field.

In this sense, CSUF’s offering is unique. On the other hand, the recognition is only just starting to emerge, as the pivot away from research and academic pursuits was made just three years ago, in 2019. Thus, most students are not aware of the resources and opportunities available to them until after they have already matriculated to CSUF. Orange County’s other public university, UC Irvine, also hosts a Center for Real Estate, though it mainly exists to support graduate students in pursuit of an MBA. The University partners with CSUF’s Center for Real Estate in providing ARGUS Financial Analysis Certification Workshops to students on an annual basis and CSUF undergrads often enroll at UCI to continue their studies.

Chapman University in Orange, CA is home to the C. Larry Hoag Center for Real Estate and Finance. The purpose of the Center is to provide academic and professional opportunities in real estate and finance to students of the Argyros School of Business and Economics. Concordia University in Irvine offers degrees in finance or economics but does not provide a real estate emphasis. Costa Mesa’s Vanguard University offers a bachelor’s in business administration, but, like Concordia, does not provide any specific training in real estate.

Of the other California State Universities, only a few host active Real Estate and Land Use Institutes (RELUIs): CSU Northridge (where the program is based), CSU Long Beach, CSU Fresno, and CSU San Diego. The Center for Real Estate at CSUF is working with the RELUI network to share best practices so that student success can be replicated across the California State University system.

FINANCIALS The Center for Real Estate leverages volunteer expertise to keep costs low. Current expenses consist of three types: personnel, programming, and scholarships.

To raise funds and support its efforts, the Center for Real Estate hosts an annual Commercial Real Estate Forum, now in its 11th year. This event typically draws 200-300 real estate professionals and nets $20-$25,000. Some funding is received through grants, but most of The Center for Real Estate funding is through direct donations. In 2020 donors established an endowment to benefit The Center for Real Estate, which currently has a book value of $30,000.

Additional efforts are underway to formalize board giving expectations, increase endowment funding. and to increase the number of gifts and multi-year pledges thereby ensuring longevity for the program.

The Center For Real Estate Board of Advisors Robert Osbrink, director of the Cal State Fullerton Center for Real Estate, has been in the commercial real estate industry since the 1970s. He’s provided consulting services agreements for Newmark Knight Frank and R.C. Hobbs Company. Osbrink graduated from the University of Southern California (USC) Marshal School of Business with a B.S in marketing in 1968. He was also an advisory board member for the Lusk Center for Real Estate at USC, House Ear Institute, Discovery Museum, Boys and Girls Club, United Way of Orange County, The Irvine Rea Estate Institute and NAIOP Orange County Chapter. bosbrink@fullerton.edu Background Experience Vice President and Regional Manager, Marcus & Millichap – 2013-2018 Osbrink managed the Orange County brokerage’s operations, taking the company to a top ten-ranked office in the firm for each year from 2013 to 2017. Under his watch, the company experienced its highest revenue performance since opening in 1981.

Principal, Osbrink Group – 2008-2013 He was involved in management and executive consulting for numerous CRE brokerage firms in Southern California, including Voit Commercial, Cassidy Turley, Coldwell Banker Commercial and Sperry Van Ness.

CO-CEO & President Transaction Services, Grubb & Ellis – 1988-2008 Osbrink joined Grubb & Ellis as vice president, sales manager of the Newport Beach office and moved into roles as executive vice president of western region, president of transaction services nationally and co-CEO of Grubb & Ellis Company. His final role with the company was chairman of transaction services.

Vice President, The Irvine Company – 1982-1985 He oversaw the strategy, sales and marketing for the formation of the Irvine Spectrum, a 2,200-acre mixed-use CRE development in South Orange County.

Executive Vice President and Regional Director, Cushman & Wakefield – 1975-1982 In this role, he managed operations in Orange, Riverside and San Bernardino counties.

Robert M. Taylor is the founder of The Robert M. Taylor Corporation and The REMM Group, an Accredited Management Organization (AMO) as designated by the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). He currently holds the title of Chairman Emeritas. He is President of REMM International, consultant to domestic and international clients since 1996 and Vice President of Kingdy Group U.S.A.

Taylor's real estate experience includes the ownership of one of the top 50 real estate management firms in the United States focusing on multifamily residential, office, retail and industrial properties.

Clients have included pension funds, syndications, foreign investors, municipalities and individuals. In addition to real estate management and consulting Mr. Taylor are the owner and developer of real estate including a 640-acre hospitality and residential development at Lake Oroville, California.

Taylor is a graduate of the College of Business Administration and Economics at California State University, Fullerton (CSUF), obtaining a B.A. in 1967 and MBA in 1973. He has been active in the promotion of international real estate management in the former Soviet Union and the People's Republic of China. Mr. Taylor was one of the founders of the first real estate college in Russia in the early 1990's. He has been a consultant to government ministries and private enterprises in China since 1996 and was awarded the prestigious James Felt Creative Consulting Award from the Councilors of Real Estate in 2004. Taylor is a Certified Property Manager, CPM, Certified Shopping Center Manager, CSM, Certified International Property Specialist, CIPS, Certified International Property Consultant, FIPC and Councilor of Real Estate, CRE. Memorandum of Understanding Between the Institute of Real Estate Management And California State University - Fullerton The Institute of Real Estate Management ("11IBM') is a membership association that serves the real estate management profession across all property types - multifamily residential properties, office buildings, retail properties, and industrial properties - through education, credentialing, advocacy, and services. !REM, with 18,000 individual members and more than S00 member firms, is headquartered in Chicago, Illinois, and bas members throughout the world.

California State University, Fullerton ("Cal State Fullerton''), founded in 1957 and located in Fullerton, California, is home to the state's largest nationally accredited undergraduate business program. As one of California State University's 23 campuses, it serves over 36,200 students.

The Real Estate and Land Use Institute was established in 1996 within Cal State Fullerton's College of Business and Economics to promote real estate education and to move the frontier of knowledge in real estate related fields.

IREM and Cal State Fullerton share and are committed to furthering the common goals of advancing the profession of real estate management through education and encouraging interest in real estate management as a career opportunity.

Therefore, !REM and Cal State Fullerton hereby endorse this Memorandum of Understanding (MOU).

IRBM agrees to: 1. Provide Cal State Fullerton with materials focused on careers in real estate management for distribution to students and the Real Estate Association (REA).

2. Connect Cal State Fullerton to 1REM Orange County Chapter No. 91 for purposes of mutual collaboration; support initiatives between Cal State Fullerton and the Chapter that shall be developed annually and made part of this MOU as an addendum.

3. Recognize Cal State Fullerton as a provider of real estate education through its finance program and acknowledge this on IREM's website.
