Registering for the Your Trust app and connecting your online bookings account

To link your online bookings account to the Your Trust app, you need to have created an online bookings account. If you have not yet done that, it only takes a few minutes. Click here for details

Download the Your Trust app from your relevant app store

On your first visit to the Your Trust app, you will be asked to Sign In / Register You will need to make a one-time app registration to start using it and link your online bookings account to the app.

Please note this one-time registration is different to your online bookings registration.

Click Sign In/Register

After clicking Sign In / Register, on your first visit, select Not a member yet? Register Now underneath the Login button

Create your account by completing the fields required and then clicking Register.

Please note, you can use the email address and password as the ones used when you created your online bookings account, but you must complete this one-time app registration.

(Note: if you try to sign in with your online bookings account details without completing the one-time app registration, you will receive an error message).

When you have completed the one-time registration for the Your Trust app, you can connect your online bookings account to make booking sessions quicker.

When you have registered, on the home screen, click your profile icon in the top right hand corner (highlighted in green on the image)

In your profile, selected Connected Accounts Here, you enter your online bookings email address and password.

You have now connected your online bookings account to the app making it quicker when you book your group exercise classes online.

To access On Demand classes Select On Demand in the bottom right You’ll then have access to On Demand classes so you can stream workouts on your mobile, tablet or Smart TV whenever you like.
