The highs and lows of moving house

---------------------------After years of stagnation, the housing market at last appears to be starting to move again with average house prices also rising over the last twelve months.

Thankfully, it is not just a London based phenomenon, but most regions in the country are seeing an improvement. The Fylde Cost is no exception and at Fylde Law Solicitors, we are pleased to see this reflected in the number of client instructions.

St Annes Carnival Competitions 2014 This years St Annes Carnival takes place on the weekend of 12th and 13th July.

The theme is all things Carnivale from Rio to New Orleans. Each year they are encouraging more of the St Annes community to enter into the Carnival competitions and there is something for everyone, whether you prefer to enter as an individual, a group or as a school. We tell you all about the competitions, how you enter, when they will be judged and who to contact if you need some more information.

In keeping with the Carnivale theme this year they want your class to draw, paint, collage or model a headdress or mask. They can be made from any materials . Maximum size 40 cm x 40 cm (and 40cm tall if a 3-D model) Your piece needs to also have an amazing title that sums up your creation.
