


Cobb Travel & Tourism (CT&T) is an accredited destination marketing organization and the only organization that promotes all of Cobb County and its assets as a 365day destination by recruiting large events, serving as an insider's guide to the area, and telling Cobb’s collective story.
These efforts do not just benefit one area of the county. Rather, all areas of the county are touched, supported and have a bottom-line return. While most will not realize that it was CT&T’s efforts that brought business to their sports field, restaurant, attraction, performance, store or gas station, this activity has a significant impact on businesses large and small throughout Cobb.
The mission of Cobb Travel & Tourism is to increase visitation to and awareness of Cobb County, thereby enhancing economic impact.
Cobb County remains a regionally and nationally known travel destination providing a rewarding and memorable experience to all visitors. Cobb County will continue to be recognized as a preferred destination among planners of conventions, trade shows, and special events, as well as leisure travelers.
Cobb County is made up of seven cities and located only 10 minutes northwest of downtown Atlanta.

Cobb is ranked as the most educated county in the state and 12th among all counties in the United States. Collegeeducated residents make up 49% of the population. Seven colleges and universities are located in Cobb County including Chattahoochee Technical College, DeVry University, Georgia Highlands College, Kennesaw State University, Life University, Saint Leo University, and Shorter University.
I-75 north/south runs through the county. I-285 circles Atlanta and intersects southeastern Cobb County. I-20 east/west passes through the southern tip of the county.

The CT&T sales team works with venues throughout the county to help groups find the right location for their event. While some of these events are executed in the year of sale, most are executed over a one-tothree-year timeline. The longer-term nature of these bookings allows the CT&T sales team to foster relationships with external event coordinators. This creates an opportunity to promote additional county assets to complement and enhance the experience of the groups visiting Cobb.
Qualifying partners will receive referrals for services based on client specific needs. Referral services are tailored to your distinct offerings and help to enhance your businesses visibility. Partners who receive referrals for services also have the opportunity to work closely with our Event Services team to understand the specific needs and preferences of incoming clients.

CT&T hosts an Annual Meeting & Mixer to bring industry partners and stakeholders together and recognize the feats of the organization and the hospitality community.
