TheLindenSchoolpreparestheoperationalbudgetbysettingfeesand enteringintocontractsbeforethestartoftheacademicyear.
Consequently,uponastudent'senrollment,itisimplicitlyacknowledgedthata spotissecuredfortheentireschoolyear,andparentsorguardiansare obligatedtocoverallassociatedfees.Ifastudentwithdrawsafterregistration orre-registration,feesduedependuponthedateofwithdrawalasfollows:

Theprincipalreservestherighttoaskfortheremovalofanystudentwhofails toreachthestandardsexpectedofthembytheschooleitherworkorconduct.
Thenoticeschedulelistedaboveappliestostudentremoval,exceptifa studentisaskednottoreturntoLindenforanyreasonpriortothestartofthe newacademicyearwhenalltuitionfeespaidtodatewillberefunded.
